Here's a recipe for Vegetable Fried Rice:
Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (such as diced carrots, peas, and corn)
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Scallions, thinly sliced, for garnish
Instructions:
- In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the onion and garlic and sauté until softened, about 3-5 minutes.
