Creamy Mushroom Pasta recipe

                       

Here's a recipe for Creamy Mushroom Pasta:

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz. linguine or spaghetti
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 pound sliced mushrooms
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup white wine
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the mushrooms and garlic, and sauté for 5-7 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender.
  3. Stir in the white wine and cook until the liquid has reduced by half.
  4. Stir in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat the pasta in the sauce.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving, and enjoy your delicious Creamy Mushroom Pasta.
